The Pack Membership.
Three home visits a year, your pet's annual vaccinations, routine care included — and 15% off everything else. For pets who'll see us regularly, it's the most sensible way to look after them.
Every included visit covers:
- A home visit by an RCVS-registered vet
- A full 60-minute nose-to-tail health check
- Microchip scan
- Annual vaccination (once per year)
- Nail clip or anal gland treatment if clinically needed
Plus your 3 included visits can be used for:
- Vet or nurse consultations
- Follow-up visits
- Priority consultations
- Repeat prescription check-ups
And 15% off everything else:
Diagnostics, blood tests, sedation, medications, dental assessments, travel certificates, end-of-life care, cremation, and anything else your pet needs.
Your annual savings
Savings depend on the number of visits you use and the treatments your pet actually needs. If sedation is required, it's charged separately. All prices include VAT.
Got more than one pet?
Additional pets from the same household join the Pack at £33.15 per month each — a 15% discount on the standard price. Every pet gets their own allowance of 3 visits per year with all the same included services.
Over 65?
Pack Membership is £33.15/month per pet for members aged 65 and over — a 15% discount on the standard price. Just let us know when you sign up.
The commitment and how it renews.
The Pack Membership runs for an initial 12-month term from the date you sign up. At the end of that term, it automatically renews for another 12 months at the price in effect at the time.
We'll always remind you:
You'll get an email 60 days before your renewal date, and again 30 days before, telling you when the renewal happens, what it'll cost, and how to cancel if you want to.
How to cancel:
- Within 14 days of signup: full refund, less the cost of any treatments received.
- During your 12-month term:give us 30 days' notice. You'll pay the full retail value of treatments received, or the outstanding membership balance, whichever is lower.
- At the end of your term:give us 30 days' notice before your renewal date and your membership ends cleanly.
Bereavement:
If your pet passes away during your membership, we cancel the Pack with no early termination charges. We'll need reasonable evidence — like a certificate from a veterinary practice — but please don't worry about the admin. Get in touch when you're ready.

What Pack Membership is not.
Pack Membership is a preventative care plan, not an insurance policy. It doesn't cover illnesses, accidents, hospitalisation, or emergency care. We strongly recommend insuring your pet separately to protect against unexpected costs.
